Hi friend ,

1. Communicable diseases can spread from one person to another by the mode of air ,water etc.
Non communicable diseases cannot spread through one person to another .

2. Communicable diseases are caused by pathogen such as bacteria ,virus etc.
Non communicable diseases are not caused by pathogens ,instead they are a direct result of lifestyle and environmental factors.

3. Example of communicable diseases: common cold,pneumonia etc.
Example of non communicable diseases: cancer ,diabetes etc.

communicable diseases 
                     these are diseases which spread from one person to another .                    they are caused by attacks of pathogen .
                     example :-  common cold and chicken pox

non communicable diseases 
                   these diseases don't spread from one person to another .
                   they are caused by other factors like deficiency of nutrition , genetic disorder , etc .
                   example :-  cancer and diabetes
