Constipation is a medical condition in which an individual is unable to excrete easily.
The frequency of defecation decreases and the individual experiences hard stools and abdominal fullness whereas dehydration is a condition when the body lacks enough amount of water to go on with its day to day metabolic activities.
It happens due to loss of water or electrolytes imbalance caused by vomiting, diarrhoea etc.
