♦the resource that have been used from time immemorial.
♦they are exhaustible except water
♦they cause pollution,they emit smoke and gas
♦their generation and use requires huge expenditure
♦they are very expensive to be maintained,stored and transmitted as they are carried over long distances through transmission grids and lines
♦example.. coal,mineral out,natural gas

⭐Non conventional source of energy⭐
♦These are the resources that have been identified in the recent past
♦they are in-exhaustible
♦they are generally pollution free
♦very magre amount of money is required for their use
♦less expensive due to local use and easy to be maintained
♦example.. geothermal energy,solar energy,tidal energy,wind energy,from urban waste.
