cytoplasm is the contents of a cell except for the nucleus it includes cytosol, , vesicles, and the cytoskeleton,aminoacids , while protoplasm is the entire contents of a cell comprising the nucleus and the cytoplasm it is a semi-fluid, transparent substance.
