◆Element :-

=>It is a substance which can not be split up into two or more simple Substance by applying physical method such as heat or light .

For example say hydrogen .It is an Elements because it can not be split into two or more form.

=>Elements are made up of only one kind of atoms ,it means they are pure substance.

◆Compound :-

=>A compound is a impure substance means they are made up of more than one kind of atoms and they are chemically combined in a fixed proportional by mass.

For example salt is a compound because it is made up of more than one kind of Elements.

◆Mixtures:-

=>They are kind of substance which are made up of two or more Elements or compound but not chemically combined together.

For example air is a mixture it is made up of many gases such as oxygen, hydrogen, argon, water vapour etc and they are not combined chemically.
