Differentiate between evaporation and boiling.​

So the difference is: 1, boilingcan occurs everywhere, depending on the heat source. Whereas evaporationonly takes place at surface of the liquid. 2, boiling requires certain temperature at certain pressure, and continuous heating source, whileevaporation works at any temperature and pressure.

evaporation is surface phenomenon whereas boiling is a bulk phenomenon

evaporation can take place at any temperature below the boiling point but boiling takes place at the boiling temperature of that substance only
