Hey mate,
what is inside you that makes you get up at the same time everyday?

Answer:-

There is something called the 'body clock', it is an 'internal' clock that determines your sleep pattern. If you follow a routine, then your body gets used to sleeping and waking up at a particular time.
The cycle of sleeping and waking up is controlled by a protein(PER). Close to your daily 'wake-up time', the PER levels in your body start increasing, so does your blood pressure and body temperature.

Hope it helps you

Answer: Brain(Suprachiasmatic nucleus)controls the sleep/wake cycle.

Explanation:

There are two processes that control our sleeping and waking period:

The first one is Sleep/wake homeostasis which is when you are awake for a longer time, your body senses the need to sleep and vice versa.

But this is not the sole process the other one is circadian biological clock which is controlled by our brain. At night brain (SCN) sends signals to pineal gland for melatonin secretion which stimulates sleep and in the morning when optic nerve senses the light SCN sends signals for cortisol release to wake you up.

When you sleep or get up everyday at almost the same time your brain gets adapted to it and thus helps you wake up everyday at the same time.
