Differentiate between evergreen forests and grasslands.(plese give me the answer fast tommorow is my paper.)​

Evergreen forests:

Weather conditions: Generally hot and humid. Rainfall exceeds 200 cm and temperature is more than 22°C

Location: Western Ghats, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, upper regions of Assam, coastal Tamil Nadu

Trees: Mahogany,ebony, rosewood, rubber.

Characteristics: Trees are tall about 60 metres and do not shed their leaves fully in any season.

Grasslands:

Weather conditions: In high altitudes of Himalayas between 1000 metres to 3600 metres and above. These tress are found in tropical, coniferous, alpine and tundra forests

Location: High mountains of North East, West Bengal and mountainous area of Uttarakhand, Southern slopes of Himalayas, higher areas of south and north east ,Higher altitude in Himalaya and near snow.

Trees: Oak, chestnut,pine,saal,silver fir, spruce,birch.

Characteristics: Tree leaves are long, pointed and sticky for conservation of humidity for longer time.
