⬛ Fundamental rights are the moral principles that sanction each human being’s freedom to pursue life by that means without interference from others.
⬛ "Fundamental duties" are anti-rights. The word “duty” is simply an artificial authoritarian contrivance designed to invalidate the legitimate concept of fundamental rights.
⬛ Fundamental rights sanction the individual’s freedom from the fallibility of others.
⬛ Fundamental duties irrelevant whether the asserted authority is a God, a society, a family, or the Founding Fathers, none of whom have any basis in reality—especially not in the nature of the human being—on which to validate the infringement of fundamental rights that a duty constitutes.
Now, let us take few examples:-
Examples: 1) to claim the right to be free from interference by other human beings inherently implies the obligation to grant that same freedom to them as well.
Example: 2) If a helpless infant human being is the direct result of your choice to procreate, raising him or her to self-sufficiency is not a duty, it is an obligation implicit in your own moral imperative to be responsible for the consequences of your actions.
