=>vessels are present
=>companion cells are present
=>ovules are enclosed within the ovary

Hey mate , difference are as follows. 1)seed producing flowering plants enclosed in a ovary are angiosperms whereas non flowering plants and and unenclosed seeds are gymnosperms .2) life cycle of angiosperms is seasonal whereas gymnosperm is evergreen 3) cotyledons are present i.e single in monocots and in pair in dicots and in gymnosperm it is absent ..... hopefully helped!!!!
