Hi,
The answer to the question is as follows;
A chemical process sulphur, rubber and accelerator are heated at 140-160. This process leads to the formation of cross links between long rubber molecules in order to acquire better elasticity, resilience, tensile strength,hardness, viscosity and weather resistance.
If less amount of sulfur is added to the raw rubber, a soft vulcanizate (for automotive inner tubes, tire casings, balls, tubes, and etc.) is formed.
I hope your question is sufficiently answered.
Than You
