A homogeneous mixture is a solid, liquid or gaseous mixture that have the same proportions of its components throughout any given sample.

for example;- air, water, salt water, lemonade etc.

A heterogeneous mixture has components in which proportions vary throughout the ample.

for example;- sand and sugar, salt

and gravel.

Those mixture in which the substances are completely mixed together and are indistinguishable from one another.

All the the homeogenius mixtures are called solutions

Ex -petrol, alcohol ,soft drinks.

Heterogeneous

those mixture in which the substances remain separate and one substance is spread throughout the other substance as small particles ,droplets or bubble are called heterogeneous mixture .

All the suspension and colloid are heterogeneous mixture.

Ex , sand mixture, soap mixture.
