Himachal are located to the south of the Himadri.
They are also called lesser Himalaya.
It's the most rugged mountain range.
It consists of the prominent Kullu valley, Kashmir valley and Manali.
Himadri are known as greater or inner Himalayas.
It consists of the loftiest peaks with an average altitude of 6000m.
The inner core of this region made is composed of granite.
A number of rivers emerge from these ranges.
