Hi Deepika @_@
______________________________________________________________
The intensity of a sound wave is said to be the sound energy passed through a unit per area .
while the loudness of a sound is depend upon its amplitude .
______________________________________________________________
Difference:-
Intensity :-
1)It is the  sound energy passed through a given point
2)It does not depend upon sensitivity of ear
3) its unit is watt/m²

Loudness:-
1) it is the measure of response of our ear to the sound
2) It is relative because it depends upon both intensity and sensitivity of ear.
3) its unit is decibel

Hello deepu,

Intensity of sound is the amount of sound energy passing each second through our ear.

Loudness is the measure of response of our ear to the sound.

Intensity is measured in watts/m^2

Loudness is measured in decibels.

hope it helps u........
