here is some differences between manure and fertilizer :
Manure is the mixture of organic and inorganic substances obtained from human waste, cattle dungs and rotten leaves while fertilizer is inorganic substances produced in laboratories.
Fertilizers are nutrient rich while manure has less nutritive value than fertilizer.
