Mitosis : In this type of cell division cell divided only one times results in the formation of two daughter cell which have same chromosome number to the parent cell.

this cell division occur in whole body except reproductive cell.

Meiosis : in this type of cell division cell divide two times. Result in formation of four daughters cell which have chromosome number become have to the parent cell.

this cell division occur in only reproductive cell.
