Neurons have the capacity to transmit electrical impulses, which are not seen in nephrons. Neurons are specialised to conduct nerve impulses betweendifferent parts of the body. Nephronscarry out the actual purification and filtration of the blood. Neuron is a single cell whereas a nephron is made up of several cells.

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:-
NEURON:-
A neuron (also called neurone or nerve cell) is a cell that carries electrical impulses. Neurons are the basic units of the nervous system. Every neuron is made of a cell body (also called a soma), dendrites and an axon. Dendrites and axons are nerve fibres.

NEPHRON:-
The nephron is the microscopic structural and functional unit of the kidney. It is composed of a renal corpuscle and a renal tubule.
