'Organizing' and 'Controlling' are two functions of Management. Other functions of management include planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling and motivating. All these functions are linked with each other. Similarly there is a relationship between 'organizing' and 'controlling. Management function 'organizing' is implementation which means the optimum use resources for achieving the aims. On the other hand, management function 'controlling or monitoring' means checking the progress of achieving objectives and giving feedback. Therefore, through controlling the workers, the management can ensure that the resources have been organized properly and the objectives are being achieved. Moreover, the more the resources are properly organized the greater is the control over them.

♦ It is a chain process. The managers, working employees, policies, and standard procedure are required to reach the goals said in the organization plans.

Controlling:

♦ It refers to managerial functions.

♦ It includes planning, organizing the employees, and ordering them to do the work.

♦ The controlling power of the managers minimizes the errors in the work, so, the standard procedures are followed in uniform manner to achieve the goals in desired manner."
