Parenchyma have thin cell wall only made of cellulose without thickening whereas collenchyma have cell wall that r thickened at corners bcz of pectin.

Parenchyma hv intercellular spaces whereas collenchyma do nt hv intercellular spaces.

Parenchyma r found in lower plants,soft parts whereas collenchyma r found in peripheral parts of the plant.
