Respiratory organs in plants are generally stomata in leaves, lenticels in stem, and the general surface of roots.The rate of respiration is slow.

Respiration in Animals:

Respiratory organs in animals is generally the lungs, and the gills.The rate of respiration is fast.

Respiration in plants& in animals.
Plants:
1.In plants separate respiratory organs are absent.
2.The rate of respiration is slow. 
3.They lack respiratory surface.

Animals:
1.In animals respiratory organs are generally present.
 2. The rate of respiration is fast.
3. Respiratory system doesn't lack.
