ER and SER How is endoplasmic reticulum important for membrane biogenesis

Heyy endoplasmic reticulum is important for making a new cell membrane in our body as it manufacture proteins , fats and hormones that's why a membrane is make.

RER contains ribosomes on his surface, also it is near to nucleus, and it's help in making of proteins whereas SER not contain ribosomes it's main function is to manufacture lipids(fats) and hormones also it is little far to nucleus.
