Seasonal hunger is the hunger that cycles around the harvest and sowing season of seasonal activities like- agriculture. Seasonal hunger is found in rural areas in some cases, in urban areas also. Chronic hunger is thehunger that results due to diets persistently inadequate in the quality/quantity or both.

Seasonal hunger refers to that type of hunger, which only lasts for a short period, this may be due to reasons like inability to find work in a particular time period or season.

Whereas chronic hunger refers to that type of hunger which is cause due to to permanent low wages and hence permanent hunger.
