Senescence in general means growing old. It refers to “aging” or the slow deterioration in the functioning of anything be it an animal, human, plant or a single living cell.

Editing is the process of selecting and preparing written, visual, audible, and film media used to convey information. The editing process can involve correction, condensation, organization, and many other modifications performed with an intention of producing a correct, consistent, accurate and complete work.

Death is the cessation of all biological functions that sustain a living organism.[citation needed] Phenomena which commonly bring about death include aging, predation, malnutrition, disease, suicide, homicide, starvation, dehydration, and accidents or trauma resulting in terminal injury.In most cases, bodies of living organisms begin to decompose shortly after death.
