1)In Belgium ethnic composition made accommodation to reduce the changes of conflicts and wars.But in the Sri lanka Sinhala community refused to share their powers which led to conflicts.

2)In belgium all the community was given proper powers in the every section but in Sri Lanka due to Sinhala supremacy Tamil speaking people felt alienated.
