hey here is ur answer

the main differences are
eastern coastal plains lie on the eastern side of the peninsular plateau whereas western coastal plains lie on west side of the peninsular plateau

the Rivers in eastern... flow into the bay of Bengal whereas the other flows into Arabian sea

the highest peak on East .... is mahendra giri whereas the other side is doda betta
