Radicals

1. They wanted to achieve swaraj by self reliant and independent methods

2. They uses strikes, boycotts and mass demonstrations

3. Example: Lala Lajpat Rai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Bipin Chandra Pal popularly known as Lal-Bal-Pal.

Moderates obey in the policy of settlement of different issues with the government by discussion.

But the extremists believed in agitation, and application of force to get their demands.

Some nationalists like Lokmanya Tilak agitated against the moderate behavior of Congress vis a vis British rule.

Extremist are radical in their approach. Demands of extremists are always aggressive.
