muscle in small intestine is smooth muscle.

lets see the differences

Skeletal muscle
-each muscle fibre is an elongated cell which is surrounded externally by a membrane called sarcolemma.
-these muscles are under control of animal will
-in each fibre, many nuclei occur at irregular intervals.

Smooth muscle
-these muscle fibres are elongated and spindle shaped.
-these muscles are not under animal's control.
-each fibre contains a single oval nucleus surrounded by the cytoplasm.
