Heya friend!!
Rajdeep here....

Here's your answer:
1. The Moderate leaders had immense faith in British sense of Justice and fair play. They only waned minor Constitutional methods to achieve their goal. However, Assertives were agitative in nature. They wanted bold reforms.

2. Moderates wanted self government "under the British umbrella", whereas Assertives wanted Purna Swaraj or Complete Independence.

3. The Moderates followed moderate policies of Prayers, petitions and plead. Assertives followed bold methods of tours and criticizing the government.

Gokhale (a Moderate) said, "I have immense faith in the British."
Bal Gangadhar Tilak said, "Freedom is my birth right and I'll have it".

Thanks!!

Answer

The programmes of moderate and radicals were different such as moderate only want to become the part of the British Congress but radicals didn't want to be part of British Congress and they want full freedom.
