(i) Division of labour - In unicellular organism there is only one cell and that cell performs all the functions in an organism so there is no division of labour in unicellular.

In multicellular organism there are million of cells each are in group to make tissues then organ and then different system to perform various fucntion so there is division of labour in multicellular.

(ii) Power of division - All unicellular organism reproduce asexually and have same features as its parent.

All multicellular can reproduce from both asexually and sexually.

The organism which are producing sexually their offsprings shows variation
