☆Union list includes subjects of national importance that is , foreign affairs , banking, communications and currency.
Concurrent list includes subjects of common interest to both union and state govt. like education , marriage , forest trade unions, etc.
the union govt. can only make laws on the subjects that are in the union list.
both the union and the state govt. can make laws on the subjects that are mentioned in the concurrent list.
if the laws made by both the govt.s on the subjects in concurrent list are conflicting , then the law made by the union govt. will prevail.
