VOLUNTARY MUSCLES
A voluntary muscle is when you consciously choose to move a muscle, like pointing a finger or picking up a glass for example.
Skeletal muscles are voluntary. Its activity can be consciously controlled by our bodies because those are the bones that allow us to move our muscles and bones when we want.

INVOLUNTARY MUSCLES
An involuntary muscle is when it moves without you choosing to, such as heart muscles or reflex muscles like blinking an eye.

Voluntary muscles are those which can act by our will.It has light and dark bands in its tissue. These tissue are multi nucleated.Example Striated muscles.
Involuntary muscles are those which cannot be controlled by our will. It go not have any dark and light bands in its tissue.It is uninucleated.Example instriated muscle.

NOTE: Cardiac muscle has both the characteristics of striated and instructed muscle.
