1.Leydig cells-
Leydig cells are present in the in the interstitial spaces of the seminiferous tubules in the testicles.
They produce androgens by the action of Luteinizing hormones (LH).
2.Sertoli cells-
Sertoli cells are present along with the male germ cells in the seminiferous tubules in the testicles.
Their main function is to provide nourishment to the male germ cells by the action of follicular stimulating hormone (FSH).
