Parenchyma has a thin cell wall of their cells, and are made up of cellulose. Whereas collenchyma cells have an uneven cell wall made up of pectin and hemicellulose. There is a hard and thick cell wall present of the sclerenchyma cells, which is made up of the lignin.

cells of parenchyma tissue are loosely packed. they've a lot of intercellular space. they're present in the soft parts of plant.
cells of collenchyma tissue are not that loosely packed. the intercellular space is less as compared to the cells of parenchyma. the cell wall is thickened at the corners.
cells of sclerenchyma are very tightly packed. they have no intercellular space. they're basically stiff.
