Differentiate prokaryotic from eukaryotic cell

prokaryotic cells do have well-defined nucleus and they also lack nuclear membrane. They also don't have membrane bound organelles like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum etc.
eukaryotic cells have well defined nucleus and a nuclear membrane. they have cell organelles.

Eukaryotic cell:-
1. They are generally larger in size.
2. They have well defined nuclear membrane.
3. They have more than one chromosomes.
4. Membrane- bound cell organelles are present.

Prokaryotic cell:-

1. They are generally small in size.
2. They have no nuclear membrane.
3. They have single chromosome.
4. Membrane - bound cell organelles are absent.
