We know that differentiation of

 \frac{d {x}^{n} }{dx} = n {x}^{n - 1} \\ \\ \frac{d \: sin \: x}{dx} = cos \: x \\ \\ \frac{d \: cos \: x}{dx} = - sin \: x \\ \\
So, to differentiate given function with respect to x

 \frac{d( {x}^{4} - 2sin \: x +3cos \: x )}{dx} \\ \\ \frac{d ({x}^{4}) }{dx} - 2 \frac{d \: (sin \: x)}{dx} + 3 \frac{d \:( cos \: x)}{dx} \\ \\ = 4 {x}^{3} - 2 \: cos \: x - 3 \: sin \: x \\ \\
Hope it helps you
