I think it may be this

dy/dx= 4*d(e^x²)/dx -2
4*2e^x - 2
8e^x - 2

TechWolf: coz differentiation of e^x remains same
TechWolf: and the power is subtracted by 1 and the original one is multiplied before the eq.
