we know
d {x}^{n}  \div dx = n {x}^{n - 1}
so
d(x {}^{ - 2} ) \div dx = ( - 2) {x}^{ - 2 - 1}  \\  = ( - 2) {x}^{ - 3}

differentiation of 1/x^n is nx^n-1 so by using this differentiation of 1/x^2 is-2/x^3
