As we know ,

 \frac{dy}{dx}  = 5 {x}^{2}  - 2x  + 1(given) \\ r {x}^{n}  = nrx - (1)
Wringing (1)

10x-2x+(1)

Putting 1 = 0 (Constant)

5(2x)-2(1)+0

From here ,

X = 1/5

Putting value of x in the given equation ,

5(1/5)² -2(1/5)+1

5(1/25)-2(1/5)+1

1/5-2/5+5

1/5 -2/5 + 25/5

 \frac{1 - 2 + 25}{5}  =  \frac{24}{5}
