Smoking leads to poor health outcomes and it has a statutory warning printed on all cigarette packs.But yet people smoke.Most people associate smoking to Lung cancer etc.Bit in all probability they do not understand that smoking has an impact on all aspects of health.Such as follows:
● Poor oxygen to lungs leading to heart condition.
● Increases storage of unwanted fat in the body leading to higher Cholesterol.
● Genetic abnormalities in children where mothers are smokers.
● It increases blood glucose and blood pressure.
