a) prokaryotic cells : 
1. the size of the cell is large in size. 
2. the cell organelles are enclosed by the membrane. 
3. mitochondria and other organelles are present. 
4. nucleus is present. 
5. example : all higher plants and animals. 

eukaryotic cells : 
1. the size of the cell is small in cell. 
2. the membrane bound organelles are absent. 
3. mitochondria and other organelles. 
4. nucleus is absent. 
5. example : cynobateria, blue-green algae.

b) plant cell : 
1. it has wall which is made up of cellulose. 
2. it is having chloroplast which gives color to plant. 
3. it is having vacuole which is present in center. 
4. nucleus is present in the side of the cell. 
5. it performs the photosynthesis.

1. it does not have cell wall. 
2. it is not having chloroplast 
3. it is having small vacuole compared to plant vacuole. 
4. nucleus is present in the center of the cell. 
5. it cannot perform photosynthesis.
