Differntiate between ovule and ovary

1.Ovary is the female organ of a flower and is in the base portion of pistil that is the combined portion including the ovary, stigma and style. In all flowering plants, ovules are located inside ovary. 
2.Ovules mature at the same time ovary is maturing and turn into seeds while the ovary turns into a mature fruit.
