let me help you with this one,

Composition of atmosphere simply mean that what are the gases which our atmosphere consist of. For example Nitrogen accounts for 78% of the atmosphere, oxygen 21% and argon 0.9%. This is the composition of atmosphere.

Structure of atmosphere means the parts that make up  atmosphere. For example our atmosphere consists of several parts that are ,Troposphere, Stratosphere , Mesosphere and Thermosphere (troposphere- where we live, Thermosphere - where the satellites are) . These are the basic parts of atmosphere but in some textbooks (don't know why) but they mention many other sphere.

this is the basic difference I hope you now understand.
