Raw materials are the materials required in industry at the first stage. These are the types of materials which are not ready for use.
The second stage involves it's processing in which these raw materials are processed in such a manner so that these raw materials become useful.
Last stage is Finished products these are the products which are ready to be used. These are the outcome of the processed raw materials. For example :- the steel processed for making of rails in railways, the trees used for making notebooks which we use.
