Diffrence between resistance in series &parallel

Explanation:

Resistance in series is normally high but in resistance in parallel is less.

Resistance in series are not used in home.

Resistance in parallel are used in home.

If any device in series is not working then all devices start to stop working.

But it is not in the case of parallel.
