chemical change
⇒irreversible change
⇒new substances are formed
eg burning magnesium ribbon
physical change
⇒reversible change
⇒no new substances are formed
eg cooling water

Chemical Change:-
→The changes in which new substances are formed.
→The new substances have different chemical properties than old.
→These change can not be reverse and hence are called irreversible changes.
→This change is occur with the making or breaking of bonds between atoms.
→The is change in temperature or energy i.e exothermic and endothermic reactions :)
→Mostly light or heat is given out in these changes
→There is formation of a precipitate i.e insoluble substances
Physical Changes-
→In this change there is no change in composition of matter.
→These change as reversible changes
→No new substances are formed
→No formation of precipitate
→No change in temperature or energy
→No breaking of chemical bonds between atoms :)
