Hey there !

Both the plant and the animal cells contain the membrane-bound organelles like the nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, peroxisomes, lysosomes. ... However, few differences do exist between them which are very much significant, reflecting the difference in the function of each cell.

Hope it helps you !

Hi friend here is your answer.

##################

Animals give off carbon dioxide which plants need to make food and take in oxygen which they need to breathe.

Plants cells have cell walls and other structures differ from those of animals.

All animals and plants are made of cells.

Animal cells and plant cells have features in common, such as a nucleus, cytoplasm, cellmembrane, mitochondria and ribosomes.

Plant cells also have a cell wall, and often have chloroplasts and a permanent vacuole. Water passes into and out of cells by osmosis.
