 - plasma membrane is present 
 - vacuoles are absent 
 - microtubules are absent 
 - mitotic apparatus is absent 
 - centrioles are absent 
 - nuclear membrane is absent 

in eukaryotic :-

  • Except ribosomes other organelles are absent.
  • They has a tough cell wall.
  • Example:- Cynobacteria, blue green algae.

Eucaryotic:-

  • Nuclear membrane is absent.
  • Cell organelles are enclosed by membranes.
  • All cell organelles are present
  • Flexible, porous cell wall present in plants, plasma membrane present in animals.
