Hii..
Bile juice ...has bile salts which helps in emulsification of fats in small intestine..
If bile juice is not secreted ...fats wud not b digested and it wud create problems..

if bile secretion is stopped then there would be no emuslsification of fat which means making the food alkaline and thus digestion of food would be affected
