hcl :in stomach ...by gastric glands .... acidic environment to facilitate the functioning of pepsin.

mucus :protects the lining of the stomach from the bad effects of hcl.

pepsin :carbs digesting enzyme.

THESE ALL ARE SECRETED BY GASTRIC GLANDS IN THE STOMACH


NOW THE FOOD GOES INTO DUEDONEM...

bile :it is a digestive juice.... secreted by liver in small intestine ...... breaks down large fat globlues into small fat globlues..... makes the food alkaline ..... for the functioning of pancreatic juices.


trypsin :by pancreas ...... to digest protein ... in duedonem

lipase : by pancreas.... to digest fats in duedonem


intestinal juices breaks down protien into amino acids , fats into glycerol and carbs into glucose


large intestines ..... absorbs water from undigested food ....
