Find - Number of marbles

Solution - Dileep has 46 marbles.

Let the number of marbles Rohit has to be x. So, the number of marbles Dileep have will be = x + 3.

Now, as per the question, the equation that will form is -

x + x + 3 = 95

On performing addition, we get -

2x + 3 = 95

Performing subtraction to find the value of x -

2x = 95 - 3

2x = 92
